The Gesellschaft für Logistik und Organization mbH - management consultancy was founded in 1985. Since then she has been dealing with logistical topics and the associated software. Thanks to its extensive know-how, GLO also acts as a logistics consultancy for many companies. She supports companies in both strategic and operational questions and tasks.

A milestone in the then young history of GLO was 1989. The company German Parcel was founded and commissioned GLO to develop a complete parcel system. The order was a full-service order that also included the hardware (scanner, printer,...).

Due to the high flexibility and quality, GLO continues to work for the now renamed GLS General Logistics Systems and continues to provide the software solution for GLS CEE in large parts of Eastern Europe.

GLO was one of the first companies in the industry to offer complete track & trace with its logistics systems. Already in 1990, 5 years after it was founded, GLO developed into a European logistics software provider. Today, GLO can show customers all over Europe who are successfully and effectively running their business with GLO systems.

The GLO's focus is on both sides of logistics. On the one hand in the forwarding/service sector (forwarding, CEP market) and on the other hand in the shipping sector (trade and industry).
